Job Description: You will be expected to moderate the boards that you are assigned to - this includes making sure that all rules are followed, and deleting posts/threads that break the rules.

Some of your privileges include bumping posts, making threads 'sticky', moving threads, deleting posts, and locking threads/polls. You will also have your name displayed in the banner image, under "staff", and be acknowledged in your profile with green stars and the title "moderator".

If you see any posts that are "questionable", please PM me and we will discuss it. (When PMing me, you'll need to put my username as "admin" instead of "`Poet.")

You must use these privileges responsibly - if I find that you have deleted anything that does not break the rules, or have been abusing your powers, you will be given warnings, and possibly have your account banned.

Please keep in mind that when you apply to be a moderator, you are making a commitment to `Mayhem Studios to be as active as possible.

Have you worked at/moderated any studios before? If so, what is the name of the studio?: I haven't moderated at a "studio" per say. But I am currently a moderator for a very active forum.

Why do you think you should be a chosen as a moderator on Mayhem Studios?: I know my way around a forum, I love horses and horse art, and I'm quite fair in my decisions.

Will you be an active member?: Yes.

Do you think you are a trustworthy person in general? Explain why or why not.: Well I of course think I am. I generally hate lying to people. Especially online because it's like...why would you? What can they do to you? It's over the internet for gosh sakes.

Will you agree to use your moderating privileges responsibly? And if you abuse them, do you understand what the consequences are?: I understand moderating, and I generally like to fit in with the members anyway so I won't be trying to "show up" anybody or anything like that. I'm very humble. Especially surrounded by all these amazing photo manipulators.

Have you worked at/moderated any studios before? If so, what is the name of the studio?: I've never been a member of a "studio" before and unfortunately have never had the opportunity to moderate an active forum before. However, I have been very active in many forums since I was about 10 years old(particularly regarding art). You won't see me much at all around the deviantArt forums, but that's purely because I don't like the way dA has it designed(the comments style). I have launched a ProBoards in the past, of my own. Unfortunately it never really saw any traffic.

Why do you think you should be a chosen as a moderator on Mayhem Studios?: Well, there's no reason you should, I suppose, just reasons you could. I feel that I would be able to maturely handle sticky situations, as it is a big part of my life already. I make it something of a point of myself to be as impartial as possible when attempting to keep the peace/settle disputes. Though it may not translate into my everyday actions, when dealing with strangers on the internet, especially if I was an authority, I am very patient. I think those are most important for a moderator, so I won't go on about myself anymore.

Will you be an active member?: Yes! I really want to stay around and gain alot from the horse manipping community and I know that having the responsibilities of a Moderator will definitely keep me from straying.

Do you think you are a trustworthy person in general? Explain why or why not.: I don't want to sound self-righteous, but yes. I do believe I am a very trustworthy person. I was raised in a VERY strictly honest household. So, dishonesty thankfully, just isn't any part of who I am.

And if you abuse them, do you understand what the consequences are?: I will try my absolute best to handle my privileges with the utmost care. I understand that misuse of my privileges can lead to warnings, loss of Mod status and possible banning.

Have you worked at/moderated any studios before? If so, what is the name of the studio?: I've never moderated a studio however I do have moderating experience and co-admin experience from an RP site. Unfortunately my co-admin and I sold the site awhile ago and I no longer remember it's URL so I can't give you a link to it but I do have a reference and I can get you in contact with her if you'd like. I also have a lot of experience handling responsibility in real life that I've gained through girl scouts, venture scouts and Civil air patrol.

Why do you think you should be a chosen as a moderator on Mayhem Studios?: I have a good amount of experience and I generally deal with issues in a very mature and composed manner.

Will you be an active member?: I will be as active as I possibly can be and If I expect to be absent from the site for an extended period of time I will inform you

Explain why or why not.: In general I am a very trustworthy person, I never break promises unless I literally cannot keep them no matter how hard I try and I know people who will vouch for me on this. I'm honest and I take full responsibility for my actions even if that means admitting I made a mistake.

Have you worked at/moderated any studios before? If so, what is the name of the studio?: ------------ I have not Taken part in online moderating before, but do however help out on certain simulation game sites.

Why do you think you should be a chosen as a moderator on Mayhem Studios?: ------------ I am a young mother of one ,having said that i contain knowledge of good judgment, fairness and a caring personality. I hardly use foul language and enjoy the experience of enforcing rules That makes me sound mean LOL. Im honest and a reliable person who can handle tough situations and have an understanding in fair decisions.

Will you be an active member?: ------------ Certainly, but bare with me if i get an extra shift at work

Do you think you are a trustworthy person in general? Explain why or why not.: ------------ Of course, I do not believe in lying, in my personal opinion there should be no need to betray someones trust. I stick by my word and will honor the roll in being moderator. (If accepted of course)
