This is a question for anybody who manipulates.
What do you prefer: Cutting out an image with the lasso tool, or the eraser tool?
Out of mere curiosity. I use the eraser. It's just the way I was taught, and I don't know if the eraser technique is as fairly popular as I believe it is. Or maybe it is?
So, how 'bout y'all?

I actually used the eraser for years, only this year have i used the pentool..its much better and you get smoother lines and accurate lines when cutting

I've always cut with a bunch of different tools. Usually it's lasso for main cut and soft eraser to clean/feather it. Recently though I just use the selection brush in elements, cause I love it!

Neither... Pen Tool, ftw.
If I had to choose I'd say the lasso tool, but the pen tool is miiiles ahead for me. I find it so much easier and more effective.

Personally, I don't like the lasso tool. It's too....sloppy for my taste. So out of those two I would say the eraser definitely wins. However, recently I have been using the pentool for cutting
