Hey there! I'm `Poet., obviously xD

A little background about me... Hmm. In real life, I adore horses - I have an Arabian/Saddlebred mare :3 On ze computer, I use Photoshop, but I am fairly flexible when teaching. I only do horse manipulations (I know, I know, I should branch out a little. [NEVER.])

I'm honestly not a strict teacher. Finish assignments when you want, as long as it's within a reasonable time period. If you're going to be absent for a while (which is okay), please just let me know.

And now, for your first assignment, I'm going to simply have you cut out a horse. (I've been doing this with all of my students; just going over the basics. This way, I can see what you already know.)

Once you've cut out the horse, I'd like you to put it on a colored background, preferably some shade of purple. (There's a reason for my color choices, trust me xD)

Then you can save it, upload it to the site of your choice (dA, TinyPic, etc.), and give me the link here in your reply!

Please remember to save the image in TWO ways. One, save it as a PSD.file so that you can go back and edit it later. Two, save it as a JPEG.

That horse looks almost exactly like one of my old RP characters. 0.o
I'll get working. ^^

My DA is ker-fuffle, but it's mostly drawings. The few manips on there are really bad.
