Everybody who completes this form will be accepted as a student. This is just to give me an idea of what you want to learn, what kind of programs you use, etc.

What kind of program do you use?: -------------- (Photoshop, GIMP, Paint Shop Pro, etc. Be specific with the version!)

Requested Teacher: -------------- (Name of the teacher you'd like to learn from. They must have a profile in the "Teacher's Lounge" - you can't choose any random member.)

Are you tough enough to take critique?: -------------- (It's not going to be really harsh critique. But we're not going to treat you like sensitive little children, either.)
